The 33 year old Portuguese is......considered to be one of the best (if not the best, since Mourinho and Ferguson are still out there) managers in the world. That's why Chelsea will have to pay a clause of 15M to Porto, if they want him to lead them for the next years. And it seems that they do want him (the odds at betfair are 1.22 for him to be the next Chelsea's manager). Porto's chairman Pindo da Costa has admitted that if someone offers 15M and Villas Boas aggres, then Porto can do nothing to keep him, according to his contract. Villas Boas was an assistant to Mourinho at Porto, Chelsea and Inter Milan.
